Face-To-Face Training
Instead of just reading a training manual from start to finish alongside 11 other people in the same room, following a pre-defined syllabus as though the trainer's life depends on it, completing the tests and being marked out of 10 by someone who won't remember your name the next day, we offer a no-experience-required course built around YOU. If necessary, we'll throw the manual to one side because this isn't about the system (there isn't one anyway); this is about your business.

Bespoke Business Consultancy and/or Training
Q: I would like to add something extra to my jewellery business. I want to be able to advise clients which gemstones and metals to choose to complement their colouring. I don't want to 'be an image consultant' as such. Can you help?
A: I can offer you a one-to-one bespoke business consultancy service which will be customised to your requirements, so the course content is entirely up to you. You will have my undivided attention and I am prepared to discuss anything at all to do with your business and how to move it on.
- There will be no pre-set syllabus although you may wish to provide me in advance with a list of subjects that must be covered
- Total flexibility will allow us to cover anything else that we have time for
- I will be able to answer your specific questions in detail as they occur to you
- You decide on your time investment - 1 or 2 days - it's up to you
- Two or more people who are working together and/or have the same agenda may book at a discounted rate; I will not be advertising the dates of these sessions so you are responsible for finding the other attendee(s)
- I offer free back-up and support AFTER the consultancy session

Self-Study
If you can't get to a face-to-face course, then self-study could be the answer:

I understand from the many emails I get that lots of ladies would love to take our training courses but find travelling to Chesterfield, UK a bit difficult - you might be in a different country, have family or work commitments that bind you, or you might just prefer to learn in your own time. Face-To-Face Training vs. Self Study
Q: "Do you cover everything on the DVD course that you would on the personal training course?"
A: Yes. It's exactly the same content, the same manual, the same topics. With the face-to-face training course, there's plenty of time during the two days to ask individual questions as they arise. With the DVD self-study course, you can ask me those questions by email and you've also got the opportunity to watch it all again, as many times as you want to. Your choice really! I suppose you could always do the face-to-face now, and then buy the self-study course later (at a heavily discounted price) as a back-up!
Comparison of Learning Styles
Q: "I can do the training either with you, or on DVD - which do you recommend? I like the personal approach, face to face, but I'm anxious I might forget things, in which case is the DVD a better idea?"
A: The DVD training has lots of benefits in that you can watch it over and over again. Also, you can do things in your own time, rather than listen to me blether on at you for two solid days all in one go.
The facts are that in any face-to-face session you will remember only 20% of what I say. This could increase up to about 35% if you take detailed notes during the session.
I'm not trying to put you off face-to-face training but if you feel you are going to forget things (which absolutely everyone does, so don't put yourself down over that one), then maybe a more organised-over-a-period-of-time approach might suit you better. At the end of the day, it's down to how you learn best - and only you know that.
Financial comparison
Clearly there will be cost savings by choosing the self-study course.
You will save at least GBP 100.00 (maybe more, depending on the offers we sometimes have) when purchasing the 'Colour Analysis in a Box' self-study DVD-based training course compared with a two-day face-to-face training course here in Chesterfield.
